CAD modelling of the human femur taking into account the structure of the bone

The use of 3D models the human bone system has great utility in biomechanical study, due to fact that these structures cannot be analyzed or tested vivo. Within this paper, taking into consideration its real structure, femur CAD modelling is established. Firstly, a preliminary anatomical study done, order highlight thigh heterogeneous consisting several entities with different mechanical characteristics. starts from homogenous model femur, which, every single separate entity designed and finally they are assembled within product assembly. Therefore, final result ensures complex able get assigned material properties, specific for each furtherly allows characteristic pathological studies referred simulate surgical interventions.
